This detailed and informative walking guide contains 20 circular routes, from 4-1/2 miles to 20 miles in length, with each route consisting of four components.
The routes have been planned to minimize road walking, mainly crossing fields and tracks. They will take you past some interesting sights including churches, farms, World Heritage sites, pubs and mills.
The routes are all within Derbyshire and start from Duffield, Belper, Allestree, Carsington Water, Chatsworth, Castleton, Ogston and Tissington.

About the Author
Lionel Bailey was born in Belper, Derbyshire and attended the local schools. As a teenager, while attending the Herbert Strutt School, he was a member of the Belper Model Aero Club and the Belperion Cycling Club.
A trip to Hampshire in 1982 and participation in the 25 mile Royal Military Police and City of Chichester March inspired the creation of the Duffield Skyline Walk
Each year Lionel assists the organisers of several charity walks by creating the routes and leading the walks, resulting in help for those in need. He is also a keen photographer.
